Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. During high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 7–21 business days
  • International: 14–30 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, and customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unapologetic Luxury Designs is not responsible for customs or import taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at unapologeticluxurydesigns@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
