Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is submitted. We offer the following general rate ranges:
- Standard Domestic (U.S.): $9.99–$29.99 depending on size and weight
- Freight/Large Items: Rates vary — you will see the exact cost at checkout before completing your order
- International: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination
We periodically offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our email list to be notified.
Delivery Estimates
- Domestic (U.S.): 7–21 business days after shipment
- International: 14–30 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total and are assessed by your local customs authority.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at unapologeticluxurydesigns@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions We ship worldwide. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
